For every referral we receive that completes a new client clinical consult, the referrer receives one entry into a prize draw. Refer one person, and you will have one chance to win. Refer 10 people, and you will have 10 chances.
At the end of the month, all of the chances are gathered in a bowl and the winner is drawn. The winner then gets their photograph taken with the clinician and the prize, and that picture gets placed in our monthly newsletter. The picture is accompanied by the announcement of the next contest and the next prize.
Please ask for some of our referral cards as these will be used as the "drawing" cards for our contest. Simply write your name on the card to ensure you get proper credit and hand them out to your friends and family and once they attend for a consultation you will have the chance to win this wonderful prize.
