I first used this dentist 4 years ago for teeth whitening, I got the treatment on special offer and it is the best teeth whitening I always receive compliments about how white my teeth are it has lasted so long with minimal top up. The treatment and service I received was outstanding the staff couldn't do enough for my when I told them I experienced sensitivity they offered me free trials of toothpaste for sensitive teeth and other products to help.

The practice is really nice and welcoming and in terms of value for money I recommended my mum to this dentist to with a lot of other members of family they are equally pleased with their treatments and the dentist is always happy to give individual recommendations.

Having spent most of my adult life avoiding mirrors and photographs due to my self-consciousness about my terrible teeth I was extremely anxious and nervous at the thought of an initial assessment at Ollie and Darsh to explore what options were available to improve things.

There was absolutely no need. From the moment I made the call to arrange the appointment to the end of the whole treatment I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness.

The reception staff made me feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough to reassure me.

Suzy was fantastic, she made me feel worthwhile and was very understanding and supportive especially when my tears came as I discussed my years of lack of confidence and my worries that my teeth were beyond improvement. There was no pressure at any time to commit to anything and there was no judgement, just optimism and enthusiasm.

There is really nothing more to say then Daz Singh (Ollie) is the best there is. I don't like to use the cliché' words like fantastic, outstanding or simply the best, because it would not do those guys justice.

I began my treatment for Invisalign with Ollie and Darsh back in April 2010. A friend of mine was undergoing the same treatment and recommended me and a few others at the time. I was anxious as my teeth were badly overcrowded and I was dreading having teeth extracted, this is the reason I hadn't bothered getting them straightened before. However, as much as my friend reassured me they don't remove healthy teeth and the procedure is comfortable I was still quite anxious, I needed to find out for myself. I booked my consultation with the lovely Suzy pretty much straight away and took along my mother for support. As soon as I walked in the practice I felt as ease, the staff are truly amazing and your always welcomed with a big smile and an offer of tea or coffee. Seriously the staff cannot do enough for you. The dental practise itself was fantastic. Even my mum was finding fault with her teeth just to become a patient!!

The consultation went so well and I was advised by Suzy to go away and have a little think before I committed to anything…..she didn’t want me to feel pressured and even agreed she would spare time for another consultation if I had more queries.

I didn’t need extra time to think my mind was made up after 30 minutes of sitting in Suzy's office. Before I left the practise that day I had agreed to see Darsh the following week for impressions to begin my treatment. The procedure was explained so well and I was completely aware what the treatment entailed and how it would work over time. If anything I was excited now to get started. I set up a payment method that suited me financially and I can honestly say it’s the best money I've ever spent. I would do it all again if I had to without a second thought.

Its two years on since I began my Invisalign treatment and my teeth are perfectly straight. I am currently wearing my retainers. I love them that much I'm never taking them off!!! The treatment overall was a huge success but I never expected anything else. It was never painful…only slightly uncomfortable when I had to change my aligners but after 2 days of swapping and changing my mouth was back to normal. I could always get an app no matter what time of day it was and my appointments have always been enjoyable……..which is crazy to say upon visiting a dentist!! I call Darsh a miracle worker now as she worked miracles on me!! I couldn’t be more grateful.

I am now at the end of my treatment and have stayed a loyal patient after having further work carried out on my teeth. I have gone from hiding my smile to wearing one constantly. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their honesty, loyalty, hard work and commitment. I love my new teeth and my new dentist. To say I feel safe in their hands in an understatement.

As a 15 year old girl I was so disappointed when my braces were removed. My teeth were now straight but still really horrible as they were different shapes and sizes.

I found Ollie & Darsh on the internet myself and persuaded my mum to take me for a free consultation. We met Suzy who fully understood my feelings of how my teeth greatly affected my self-confidence. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

We arranged a second consultation, this time also with Ollie to discuss the best way to fix my teeth. We come to the decision that it would be best to do home whitening to get my teeth to the shade I wanted, then afterwards I would have composite veneers to get my teeth to the correct shapes and sizes.

My treatment didn’t hurt at all and Ollie made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable; I even got to listen to my own music. When I was shown the final result of my teeth I could not believe that they were mine. I was so happy and it has made a massive difference to my confidence. I was really impressed with the all the team that dealt with me from start to finish and felt comfortable and relaxed during my visit.

Would like to thank Ollie for giving me an extra tube of gel for my trays, and got to say I'm really pleased with the results off the whitening.

I will be back in to get my white fillings done within the next few weeks, was due in tomorrow but re-arranged as I want to use my trays for a bit before I get the fillings done. After that I will probably look into Invisalign or one of the other options.

After losing a front tooth, the best option I found out was an implant, now this is a big job and I wanted it done properly by an organisation that was doing them as an everyday practice. My research brought me to Ollie & Darsh in Dale Street, Liverpool. My enquiries took on board numerous references so I made an appointment.

Right from the very start I was treated warmly and professionally by everyone from the first enquiry to the end of this treatment. With my new implant I immediately regained some of my self confidence which is building steadily, as a result of the work.

Initially I had an appointment with Suzy who explained everything I needed to know and answered my additional questions; she also made me aware of a zero interest financial option which was good for me at that time. I then saw her one more time after consideration and had further questions answered by her and Ollie who was also reassuring and professional.

Having a tooth out is not an event to look forward to, at least it was not for me!

However, having a tooth out at Ollie and Darsh was like falling off a log, it really was.

Ollie extracted causing hardly any pain, in fact none really except in my mind and Chloe very kindly allowed me to squeeze her hand to a pulp. Her pain was certainly greater than mine, but she did not cry (I don’t think) and she had no injection!

These guys are absolutely superb. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced and they really do care that you are getting the best possible treatment for yourself and not what is best for them.

I first went to Ollie & Darsh around 3 years ago to enquire about "Invisalign". I had a free consultation with Suzy (most dentists seem to charge for this). From the moment I first... walked into their practice I was amazed to say the least. It reminded me of a posh health club and certainly did not feel like any dentist I have ever been to.

You are treated like a King (or Queen) and nothing is too much trouble. I had my consultation and I knew that this was where I would have my treatment. Nine months later and my teeth were completely straight. Ollie even managed to use composite fillings to hide unsightly chips in my front teeth.

To say I am really happy with the result is an understatement they have never looked so good. These guys are certainly worth a visit and in my opinion they are the best at what they do. I am aware that they are "Platinum Elite" Invisalign providers which from my understanding means that they deal with a lot more cases of Invisalign than other Dentists, this obviously makes them experts in Invisalign as so many people choose Ollie & Darsh over many other Dentist's who offer the same treatment.

I initially came to Ollie and Darsh for Invisalign over a year ago. From day one the first thing you notice is how friendly and happy everyone is.

Every time you come for your appointment they can't do enough to make you feel welcome. Having recently had root canal treatment with them, I now feel obliged to elevate them all to Saint status.

My smile didn’t look good at all with a missing tooth, and after a really professional review of my treatment options by Suzy, I decided to get an implant.

Even though this is a fairly invasive procedure, I didn’t have a single moment of pain or discomfort, and felt very much ‘taken care of’ at every appointment.

The staff were happy to answer all questions and explain what was going to happen and why. Everything was done slowly and carefully, without an impression of a hurry. Simply, no stress, and, most importantly, brilliant results!

I’ve never been afraid of or particularly unhappy to see a dentist, but for a more difficult treatment I wanted to make sure I was in expert hands, and this was truly the case with Ollie and Darsh.

Making that initial phone call to Ollie and Darsh was the best thing I have done and my life changed from then on. After years of putting off going to the dentist and feeling unhappy with my smile, i finally found the courage to enquire about getting my teeth straightened and made an appointment to see Suzy.

I visited Ollie and Darsh on 30th March for the zoom teeth whitening. My day didn't get off to the best of starts when I realized Id left my purse at home so couldn't pay for the parking!!! Planning for a wedding is all about attention to detail. From making sure the décor ties in with your colour scheme through to picking the perfect dress. As a bride-to-be you soon realise that on your wedding day, everyone will be focusing on you and your husband. Make-up, hair, shoes, nails, and dress – everything counts!

One of the best accessories I had for the day was a bright white smile. It was the happiest day of my life and I smiled all day long. What an amazing private dentist! Unsurprisingly (perhaps), people think the dentist is so attractive that they won an award in 2009 for 'Most Attractive Practice'. I love the orange, silver and blue - very swish.

They also have a blog....this is definitely a special dentist!

If you are a bit like me and like to know who your dentist will be before they start drilling your mouth - this is ok. Ollie and Darsh offer a free consultation where you can discuss your teeth problems and get to know them a little.

They were very flexible with me and gave me an early appointment. Same story if you can't make it till late or only at lunch time.

When I first came to the practice and read testimonials written by patients happy with their treatments, I thought they sounded too good to be true, but I can assure you that nobody has exaggerated at all!

I attended my first appointment in February 2010, having broken my front bridge. My NHS dentist had advised that because the remaining teeth were so weak I would need dentures. I have had a lifelong phobia regarding dental treatment, and when I arrived for my appointment I was shaking and felt physically sick.

Having spent some time with Ollie, whose calm and reassuring manner had begun to make me feel more relaxed, I spent a long time in consultation with Suzy and instantly knew I was in safe hands. Surgery took place a week later when Richard carefully removed the relevant teeth and inserted the implants. Shanie was by my side for the four hours I was in the dentist’s chair and was incredibly supportive throughout. The time went really quickly and I felt no pain.

The following months saw me with a denture whilst the implants healed. I had regular follow up appointments to monitor my progress, and then had impressions taken for my final new teeth. I could not be more delighted.

I can honestly say that Ollie and Darsh have changed my life. This practice does not even feel like a dentist, more a health spa! From the elegant waiting areas to the excellently equipped surgeries, it is a pleasure to be here. The aftercare service is also second to none. At all times during the whole of my treatment I knew that if I did have a problem there was help at the end of a phone.

I had been thinking of having a Botox treatment for some time, but there seemed to be too many unhygienic outlets for this and I was quite obviously apprehensive. When I heard that Ollie and Darsh had a new package of treatments I thought ding ding this is it.

The fact the hygienist is going to be the 'surgeon' was a bonus as I knew it would be in a controlled sterile and hygienic arrangement.

The whole experience was absolutely fab! From the receptionist explaining the range of treatments to Suzy allaying my fears and then Phil the Hygienist explaining in detail what would happen.

I felt very safe and secure in the knowledge that it was a well thought out additional service and of course the setting is fantastic.

There wasn't much pain - oh well just a little bit but that was bearable for the fabulous results. I have always been afraid of the dentist which is why, when I visited Ollie and Darsh my teeth were in such a poor state as I only went when I really had to. I was encouraged to choose the practice by my son who had his treatment there and was absolutely delighted, and I could see the fantastic results. I was especially concerned about my four front teeth which, over the years, had been over-filled and the colour and condition had deteriorated to the point where I was quite embarrassed to smile. I was convinced that they could not be saved…..or at the very least they would have to be crowned – something I dreaded.

From my first contact with the practice, when I was welcomed by Suzy I felt I was in safe hands. She really listened to what I wanted and explained fully what I could expect and the process I would be taken through. I say taken through because that is exactly what happened. I was literally nurtured along. My first consult with Ollie was so relaxing – he understood why I was nervous and did not make me feel ridiculous for feeling that way. He took photographs and x-rays and then explained that he could restore my teeth using a home whitening process, then take out all the old fillings and build the teeth up again. I was really pleased that he felt this could be done without crowning, although I could not imagine how as my teeth were practically all filling.

To make things less stressful for me he offered to work on all four teeth in one appointment and so he did. I have to say that I did not hope for a great deal and was just grateful he would be able to fill them. However, when he handed me the mirror at the end of the appointment – to say I was thrilled is an absolute understatement. My teeth are beautiful (even if I do say so myself!!!) There is absolutely no way you can tell they have been built up, they look completely natural – just so much better than they ever did. I have my smile back and just as importantly I do not dread my next visit. Ollie is not just a dentist…..he’s a perfectionist and an artist and I will always be grateful to him, and the whole team.

A year or so ago, I wouldn’t have thought I’d be writing a testimonial for a dentist. Let’s face it, we’re not always that great at saying ‘job well done’... and there’s probably a secret part in many of us that likes to be in an exclusive ‘in the know’ club, such as for an unspoilt holiday destination. And when do you really receive such exceptional customer service and be so thoroughly satisfied to really take the time out to articulate that? For a dentist?!

I first visited the fine surroundings of Ollie and Darsh early on in 2009, to take up the offer of a free consultation. I’d been really unhappy with my smile for a long time and wanted to change this. I had already met another dentist for a free consultation a while earlier, and had previously consulted my regular dentist. And I was perfectly prepared to carry on until I found the right place, who could offer the right treatment for me. I also wanted to feel comfortable and confident in my decision. That was very important.

I knew there wasn’t an easy solution as I wasn’t presenting with a straightforward situation. It was complicated. A bit of a challenge. And with that, I wanted to improve my smile to the best it could realistically be, with minimum invasion, relatively quickly, and not feel self-conscious during the process. OK, a big challenge.

In my previous consultations, I’d been offered full traditional orthodontic treatment followed by implants or a full set of veneers, and neither of these options were for me. So, being a researcher by trade, and liking a challenge, I investigated the options and thought Invisalign might be the answer. The trail then led me to Ollie and Darsh, and a consultation with Suzy.

I liked Suzy the instant I met her. She’s so friendly, really cares, and is a great listener. In my first consultation I met Ollie too. He likes a challenge as well and was totally prepared to put everything he could into getting the right result for me. And they took their time with me, there was no rush. I didn’t want the ‘heavy sell’ and I was clear to them that I’d need time to consider what was involved. That was fine. “Take your time. But if there’s any more information you need, or you want to come in again for another chat, then we’d love to see you”. I liked that. I also liked the fact that all information was provided upfront, and there were no hidden surprises. Integrity is key.

A few weeks later, I decided to bite the bullet – or the Invisalign aligners if you like – and I returned. Already I was greeted like a friend, and the pre-procedure appointments filled me with confidence. Seeing the ClinCheck (the little video that shows you the movement of your teeth that will happen) quite took me aback – in a good way – and Suzy and Ollie were just delighted they could help me.

Starting the treatment itself, I was a bit nervous, but the team at Ollie and Darsh were overwhelmingly positive and excited for me. I hadn’t considered excitement as an emotion, but their enthusiasm is infectious. Invisalign is an adjustment, but the team were with me every step of the way, from Suzy dropping me an email the day after I got my first aligners to see how I was, to providing encouragement and support, to general chats about the process. And Ollie is so pleased with visible progress it’s like his football team have scored a goal. (Probably a good thing you’re an Invisalign dentist, Ollie). And if there was anything that needed checking or sorting between regular appointments I was fitted in to their busy schedule without hesitation.

A real consideration in choosing Ollie and Darsh for Invisalign is the fact that they’re a Platinum Elite provider of the treatment. This is the top status a dentist can have with Invisalign and refers to the number of cases undertaken. This has several advantages, not least that fact Ollie is an experienced professional who knows what can be achieved and how, but also the speed at which things can happen. In other words, a hotline to Invisalign. For example, I needed refinements (tweaks) on both my upper and lower teeth. This is a very normal part of the process, particularly in cases where some more complex movements are happening. As new impressions are taken, sent half way around the world, new movements generated, and more bespoke aligners produced and sent to Liverpool, treatment pauses. So you really want this pause to be short, and with Ollie and Darsh it is, the quickest pause I’ve read about on many an online Invisalign forum.

Less than a year down the line, my smile has radically altered for the better, and yet the whole process was really straightforward. For me, Invisalign couldn’t have been further from traditional braces in terms of pain, visibility and speed of achieving the final outcome (all in a good way), and I speak as someone who wore traditional braces for three years in their teens. I also had two veneers placed, which we’d planned to do from the outset due to teeth that were congenitally missing, and they look great, really natural. Combined with whitening, it has all been a complete transformation.

Now I have the natural looking smile I always wanted, one that fulfils my goals from the outset. I’m still thoroughly enjoying admiring it, and still adjusting to smiling properly in photos. But people have been telling me I seem happier as I’m “smiling a lot more these days”… yes, that’s the sort of impact this treatment can have.

As I’m settling in to the retention stage of the process (and it will be a long stage, these little babies aren’t moving anywhere this time!), Ollie and Darsh have made it clear that they’re there for me as long as I need them, it’s not ‘case closed, bye bye’.

I’m glad of that.

When I first walked Into Ollie and Darsh I was surprised to see how much NOT like a dentist It really was. I was greeted by Suzy's smiling face and welcomed in to my consultation. I was not 100% sure that I was going to go ahead with in regards to my new smile but after speaking to Suzy the deal was sealed!

Each time I came to Ollie and Darsh I was always greeted with a happy smiling face, all the staff are great and I had root canal, replacement fillings, Enlighten Deep Bleaching and porcelain veneers and It was all painless and over before I knew It.

It is often said that ‘you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.’ Well I think you might just have achieved this and well done you.

My opinion of dentists was pretty similar to the views of many. I had never enjoyed a visit as I am not keen on pain or discomfort. My wife had called me a sissy and I called her worse when she was out of ear shot. About six months ago she claimed that she had discovered a dentist in Liverpool who would change my opinion and allay my fears.

I chipped a tooth and needed some emergency repair. Taking the opportunity to find a flaw with the views of my wife I booked in to see Ollie.

The first impressions of the booking over the telephone were professional and polite. When I arrived, the greeting was relaxed and smart with efficiency and friendliness throughout. The surroundings are definitely not what I expected which, if you are reading this at Ollie and Darsh, you will no doubt have experienced by now. Ollie took the time to explain to me every detail of the intended procedure which gave me enough time to explain to him that I hated dentists and that I had a very low pain threshold. I was great to see he could relate to my anxiety and did not call me a sissy. I like him more than my wife!!! At every appointment throughout my treatment I had plenty of time with Ollie and Suzy to talk about what I wanted and any worries. They always gave me straight, honest and detailed replies which helped me a lot. All of the staff at the practice are kind and fantastically understanding.

Following the emergency repair which went very well, I asked Ollie why I had damaged my teeth so often in recent years. He explained in simple terms what was causing the underlying problem and arranged for me to have photographs taken of my teeth. I defy anyone to look good on these photographs but they do show up some interesting things. Ollie patiently took me through the reasons for the faults which included jaw alignment and grinding amongst other things. When I asked him for a plan to address the problems he gave three options. The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme were fully explained in a letter which gave me time to consider what he had available and pick out as I liked.

I decided to include whitening, ‘build ups’ on the bottom teeth and porcelain caps on ten of the top. I was told by Suzy and Ollie that this would give me a fantastic smile.

The course chosen involved a temporary build on my prepared gnashers on top which gave me the opportunity to get a feel for how the finished smile would look. I was given plenty of opportunity to change any of the aspects but in the end felt confident with the appearance and sensation. Ollie had explained how these would cause my jaw to reposition in a more natural location which, although a little uncomfortable at times has improved the shape of my face and prevents me from grinding. This means no more headaches in the morning.

Although I would not have considered myself to be shy, I also found that I had much more confidence than before. This was brought along with family and friends being impressed with my new smile while people who I met for the first time or seldom just thought I had great teeth.

When the final caps were fitted it was a step up once again. I really do have a fantastic smile as promised by Suzy and Ollie. In addition they have changed my opinion of dentists in a way I would never have imagined. So you have not only taught this old dog new tricks, you have given him a smile to be proud of.

Testimonial to all the team at Ollie and Darsh, I decided to have Invisalign because I was very conscious of my smile and always smiled with my mouth closed. I didn't want traditional metal braces, as I would be very self conscious about them, so when I found out about Invisalign, I thought this is for me!

As I got older I noticed my teeth starting to turn yellow.  Especially when I wore bright lipstick!

Now my teeth are sparkly white I'll be wearing red lipstick every day.  The Enlighten treatment was so simple, painless and very effective.

I’ve been under the dental health care of Ollie & Darsh for over 6 months now. In that time I’ve not discovered an ability to sing and win the X Factor, but what I have won is the wow factor with my new brighter smile.

My smile revitalisation began back in the summer of 2009 when I came to visit Ollie & Darsh for a consultation. At first I thought this was a typical visit to a dentist with traditional white rooms, long waiting times and a potent smell of clinical fluids. However, I was wrong… very wrong.

During the last 6 months Suzy and Ollie Singh (the ‘Ollie’ in Ollie & Darsh) looked after me superbly. I have to say that Ollie is a highly talented dentist who really demonstrated his professional and technical knowhow. Following my consultation, we created highly detailed images of my teeth using on-site scanning technology and within minutes I was delighted to be shown how healthy my teeth were.

The results on the other hand were not surprising given my sugar based diet. Ollie explained to me in simple terms the damage this was causing and we set out a dental hygiene plan to improve the condition of my teeth and gums.

I also asked about improving the colouring of my teeth. Suzy explained all the best options and I decided that some gentle whitening was right for me. I was recommended to use a home-use kit that would offer me convenience and control over how white I wanted my teeth. The kit was really simple to use and involved overnight application of a whitening gel. I was amazed to see my teeth restored to a natural white shine within days.

Six months later I can gladly say that with the help and support of Ollie & Darsh, I have a set of teeth that are much healthier and whiter. My dental hygiene has improved by over 50% (yes it was measured!) and my teeth are now revitalised and back to their natural shade of white.
