Dental Implants
You can lose teeth in many ways, from age and accidents to decay. Just one or two missing teeth can dramatically affect the way you bite and chew, as well as the way you look.
Enquire todayOur Dental Impact Clinic
In the past, expensive and lengthy treatments such as bridges and dentures were the only option for missing teeth, but now, dental implant surgery is commonly used as a longer lasting, convenient and more cost effective solution. Implants can even be combined with other treatments, such as bridges and crowns, for a beautiful, natural-looking smile.

If you have one or more missing teeth, it’s important to get treatment as soon as possible, as missing teeth can put strain on the others in your mouth. The speedy replacement of a lost tooth will slow down bone loss and preserve other healthy teeth, helping to maintain your oral health and ensuring you feel comfortable and confident with your smile.
If, after a free consultation with one of our experienced team members, you decide you want to continue your treatment with us, we will schedule a clinical consultation. We’ll perform an in-depth analysis, compromising a complete dental examination of your existing teeth and gums, digital photographs of the inside and outside of the mouth and all clinical X-rays.
We will then present all of our findings back to you, discuss in detail any issues and advise you of all of your options, giving our experienced recommendations. We will then work with you to formulate a bespoke plan of treatment and within seven days of your clinical presentation you will receive a letter via email and/or the post detailing everything we have discussed.
Improve your smile and your confidence by filling missing teeth with implants from £2,000 per implant.

Denture Replacement: All-On-4® Implants
The All-On-4® system is a modern alternative solution if you have lost all of your teeth. This treatment replaces your missing teeth with a full dental bridge, supported by just four dental implants.

The Process
-
Implant Placement
The first phase of your treatment will be implant placement. Our implant surgeon will apply a local anaesthetic and implant a titanium post into the jaw bone, in the location of the missing tooth. This procedure is quick – lasting between one and two hours – and relatively painless. You may experience a small amount discomfort following the placement of the implant but this will subside and healing will occur relatively quickly. -
Biological Integration
Biological Integration, when the implant integrated with the bone, is usually expected to occur within eight – 12 weeks. In a very small amount of cases, this integration may take up to a year. When the implant has integrated with the bone, it will provide a strong and stable platform for the new crown or bridge. -
Restoring the Implant
Once your implant integrates with the bone, we are then able to restore the implant. After taking moulds of the position of the implants, the final ‘teeth’ can be individually designed, made and cemented or screwed into the implant. Once in place, they will look, feel and function as a natural tooth.
Dental Implants Case Studies

Full Case StudyHaving spent most of my adult life avoiding mirrors and photographs due to my self-consciousness about my terrible teeth, I was extremely anxious and nervous at the thought of an initial assessment at Ollie and Darsh to explore what options were available to improve things.
