Vicky’s Story

Having spent most of my adult life avoiding mirrors and photographs due to my self-consciousness about my terrible teeth, I was extremely anxious and nervous at the thought of an initial assessment at Ollie and Darsh to explore what options were available to improve things.

There was absolutely no need. From the moment I made the call to arrange the appointment, to the end of the whole treatment, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness.

The reception team made me feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough to reassure me. Suzy was fantastic – she made me feel worthwhile and was very understanding and supportive, especially when my tears came as I discussed my years of lack of confidence and my worries that my teeth were beyond improvement. There was no pressure at any time to commit to anything and there was no judgement, just optimism and enthusiasm.

Ollie was fantastic – his skills and knowledge are second to none and his enthusiasm was infectious. He took great pains to explain every step of the journey to me and gave me great confidence in the outcome.

The whole team made me feel they had a personal interest in the outcome of my treatment. Their genuine happiness as my new smile was unveiled brought me to tears. These were tears of joy this time, as oppose to despair when I started out.

I cannot recommend the whole Ollie & Darsh experience highly enough. They have given me a confidence I have never had before, which I believe is as much to do with their attitude and approach as the dental treatment I received.
