Sophie’s Story

As a 15-year-old girl, I was so disappointed when my braces were removed. My teeth were now straight but still really horrible as they were different shapes and sizes.

I found Ollie & Darsh on the internet myself and persuaded my mum to take me for a free consultation. We met Suzy, who fully understood my feelings of how my teeth greatly affected my self-confidence. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

We arranged a second consultation, this time also with Ollie to discuss the best way to fix my teeth. We came to the decision that it would be best to do home whitening to get my teeth to the shade I wanted, then afterwards I would have composite veneers to get my teeth to the correct shapes and sizes.

My treatment didn’t hurt at all and Ollie made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable; I even got to listen to my own music. When I was shown the final result of my teeth I could not believe that they were mine. I was so happy and it has made a massive difference to my confidence. Everyone comments on how nice they are and now I can’t stop smiling.

Ollie, Suzy and all the staff there have been so friendly to me through my treatment and I would like to say a big thank you to you all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who feels like I did.
